Aquatots West Frisco

3 years

Show your child a new world by engaging them in the Aquatots program. This class ignites your child’s imagination through lessons that include learning about submersion, destination kicking and breath control. Your child will get individual attention because we keep classes small. Each class has a maximum of four students.

Toddler Swimming Classes in West Frisco

Welcome to the West Frisco Aquatots program! This engaging class introduces your three-year-old to breath control, submersion, and directional kicking, all through playful themes that change daily.

With a maximum of four kids per teacher, we ensure an attentive, personalized experience for all. Whether your child is new to water or has some swimming experience, Emler is here to help them excel. We have a proven track record of transforming beginners into swimmers and improving the skills of those who already love the water, to meet Aquatots standards.

Our class groups are small, age-compatible, where each child learns how to dip under and move forward in the water safely.

Emler’s Style

At Emler, we believe that learning, fun, and growth should go hand in hand. Our classes are a delightful blend of excitement, games, and enlightening themes. We operate in a non-competitive environment where every milestone in a child’s progress is a cause for celebration.

Our devoted teachers help your child discover the joy of swimming, mastering skills one at a time. From learning to hold their breath, to rollovers, to submersion, and finally swimming – each new skill brings more joy.

In Emler classes, we encourage a lively and energetic environment where children naturally advance their swimming skills. Teachers and students develop a bond of trust and support. With our established curriculum and over four decades of teaching experience, Emler guarantees your child will become a confident swimmer.

Parents

Parents, come be a part of this exciting journey! You can support your child from our comfortable observation room or pool deck. Check out our guide, Your Child’s First Swim Lesson, for helpful tips. Plus, our facilities are designed with top-notch safety measures and comfort in mind, for both you and your little swimmer.

Choosing the Best Class for Your Toddler

It’s vital to find a learning environment that suits your child’s current swimming abilities. This helps boost their confidence and foster growth. Our programs have multiple levels, and we offer free evaluations to find the right spot for your child among our 20 different teaching levels.

Refer to our guide, Finding the Right Class for Your Child. Our Aquatots program has four levels to ensure the class is just right for your child. If your child is three years or older, we’ll start with a free 10-minute one-on-one Swim Skills Evaluation with one of our instructors. This helps us determine your child’s skill level and place them in the ideal class.

Your Toddler’s Learning Journey

Our classes bring learning alive with fun! We use daily themes and games to teach your toddler crucial water safety skills. In the Aquatots program, they will learn to submerge for 8 to 10 seconds and propel themselves through the water over longer distances.

In the second level, we introduce rollover breathing, an important safety technique where your child learns to float on their back for a breath. The last Aquatots level covers front breathing. As your child advances through the levels, they’ll swim longer, master the techniques, and their happiness will be contagious!
