Emler Swim School locations in the Greater Houston area are excited to now offer Continuous Enrollment. It’s easy and convenient.

Continuous Enrollment means that you pick a class, enroll in that class, and stay enrolled until your swimmer completes their level and promotes into a different class or until you put in a withdrawal request. No long-term commitments are required, and you may withdraw by giving a 30-day notice.

Every family will be charged on the 25th of the month for the following month.  

Continuous enrollment tuition prices are calculated based on a yearly (12mo) enrollment and are auto-billed monthly at $100.  Holiday and scheduled facility closures are inclusive of your rate so you will be billed the same every month whether you receive 3, 4, or 5 classes in a calendar month.  Average number of lessons when enrolled for 12 months is 50 lessons per year.  **There is a $35 non-refundable, per student anniversary fee that will be charged during the initial enrollment and each year thereafter on the month of your initial start date. 

Yes, all enrollments are required to have a credit card on file. 

Payment declined on the 25th of the month must be reconciled by the 1st of the following month.  If payment is not received by the 1st, the student will be dropped from the class.

All withdrawal requests must be submitted online through the iCP Parent Portal and are processed on a rolling 30 days.  As an example, if you submit a drop request on October 1st, your enrollment will end on October 31st. Verbal or emailed requests to withdraw from swim classes will not be accepted. If you need assistance as you navigate the online parent portal, an Emler team member can walk you through the process.

Emler Swim School managers will evaluate each swimmer’s progress every four weeks, updating you on swim skill progress.  When swimmers are ready to promote, you will look for a new class day and time based on class availability. 

Yes, the Emler Guarantee is important to us, and it will be honored with four months of committed swimming.  Swimmers not ready to promote after those four months or 16 lessons, will swim for free an additional month (or as long as needed to reach the goals of the class).  Swimmers are eligible for promotion as soon as they achieve the goals of the level, even if it occurs in less than four months.

Yes, you can transfer to any other class as long as there is availability in the level.
