Get Your Swim Lesson Questions Answered in a Splash!

Emler offers live information sessions every week to answer any and all of your questions about their award-winning swim lessons. It’s the perfect time to ask Emler personnel anything about your child’s swim lessons, the facilities, times of classes, safety measures, sanitizing procedures, or anything else you are curious about. They use the online virtual meeting tool Zoom to facilitate these information sessions every week.

The best part of these information sessions is that they are available to you twice a day, Monday through Thursday, at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. CST (8 a.m. and 2 p.m. PST). No matter what your schedule, there is always an opportunity to go online and ask any question you want about Emler Swim School. You will always talk directly with an Emler employee, not a help center in a foreign country that uses a script or bots to answer common questions. You will have a real live person who works for Emler conducting all information sessions.

How does it work? You sign up here: https://emlerswimschool.com/more/ for whichever day and time is most convenient for you and your family. You will then get an email about 10 minutes before the session with a direct link to the call. No need to worry about whether you’ll be on camera or not – Zoom calls allow you to keep your camera on or turn it off if you like. It’s up to you!

“I love being the first Emler face that parents see,” site director Melanie Herb, who runs the Zoom calls, said. “Some parents are concerned about how their child will react to being in water, and I often explain the safeguards and processes we have in place so their kiddos not only learn water safety but also have fun!”

Plus, you can schedule the firm session time into your daily schedule, so you can plan around it and attend when it’s most convenient for you.

When you fill out the form, you have the opportunity to ask your questions in advance to ensure it gets addressed and that you won’t forget to ask it. While we make an effort to put a lot of FAQs and important information on the website about what to expect, sometimes we know it’s just easier to talk to a person. In the Zoom calls, all the information you need is available quickly and efficiently.
