Foundational skills of floating, gliding, stroking and kicking taught by utilizing drill formats. Students swim required distances using proper form (except for Preschool Beginners) and master independent breathing. Classes are kept small, with a maximum of four students to every teacher.
Daily themes and flotation aids create fun-filled lessons to teach your child how to kick through the water five to ten feet. Students learn ten-second underwater breath control.

The goal is to teach children to swim 15-20 feet while improving independent front breath and introducing rollover breaths.
Students learn to swim 20-30 feet while getting multiple independent front breaths and rolling breaths. Treading water is introduced.
Students will master the elementary backstroke 30-40 feet and will swim freestyle 30-40 feet with several independent rhythmic breaths. Treading water is mastered.
